What Zendly is built on, and how to get the source

Zendly is a self-hosted deployment of Postiz, an open source social media scheduling tool published by Gitroom Limited and licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3. Intellium Inc. did not write Postiz and does not claim ownership of it.

What Intellium Inc. owns, and what it does not

Intellium Inc. owns the Zendly name, the Zendly logo, this website, and the deployment running at zendly.co.za. It operates the service and is responsible for the data held in it.

Intellium Inc. does not own the underlying software. The copyright in Postiz belongs to its authors, and the AGPL-3.0 licence governs its use. Postiz is a trademark of its owners and is used here only to identify the software Zendly is built on.

The licence

The AGPL-3.0 permits anyone to use, study, modify and redistribute the software, including commercially, on the condition that the same freedoms are passed on. The full licence text is published by the Free Software Foundation at gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html.

Source code

The upstream project is available at github.com/gitroomhq/postiz-app.

Section 13 of the AGPL-3.0 gives anyone interacting with a modified version of the software over a network the right to receive the corresponding source of that version. If Zendly is running a modified build, you may request its complete corresponding source, at no charge, by writing to hello@intelliuminc.co.za. We will provide it within 30 days.

Fonts and other assets

The Zendly wordmark is set in Manrope, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The font files are served from our own server, so no request is made to a third party host when you visit this site.
